ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As the Sales Manager for Brett Hensley - State Farm Agent, you will be the driving force behind our sales team’s success. This leadership role combines strategic oversight, team accountability, and direct sales efforts to achieve agency goals. You’ll analyze data to identify growth opportunities, ensure customer retention through personalized interactions, and mentor your team to reach new levels of performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet agency objectives.
  • Hold the team accountable for hitting sales goals through coaching, regular check-ins, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, set benchmarks, and recommend adjustments.
  • Enhance customer retention by meeting with existing clients to uncover evolving needs and recommend solutions.
  • Train and onboard new team members, creating streamlined processes to ensure their success.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Actively sell insurance products to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues to maintain a high standard of service.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals consistently.
  • Strong leadership, accountability, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to drive decisions.
  • Experience in training and process development is highly valued.
  • Active state insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them promptly).
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
